Hello Lolince, are you looking to rent or buy? The 3bd 2ba home rentals in Salisbury start from $950 a month rent. The purchase for 3bd 2ba single family home in 21804 zip code start from 55k.

You may qualify to buy and pay less than rent as the mortgage payment on a purchase is less than a rent payment. You may consider FHA 3.5% down of 55k which is $1,925 down payment with a minimum 580 fico score...

There are PLENTY of great buys out there today. Even a great deal of foreclosed or distressed properties which you can get for fractions of the full current value. there are many strategies to get these if you're interested.

I'd be glad to talk you through it, feel free to reach out to me on the contact information in my profile.

All the best :)

Hi Michael:

You are asking a great question. We get asked this question a lot for our short sale customers and customers facing foreclosure.
I have one question.

After your foreclosure did the lender forgive you of the difference of the sale compared to your unpaid mortgage balance?

If the lender did not, you may need to work out a repayment plan. If they did, it could be a benefit. Foreclosure can be a difficult area to overcome. Your best bet is to consult with a Loan Officer in Salisbury, MD.

There are a lot of options available, and I would recommend shopping around with different lenders and brokers to understand all of your options. I have found that one loan officer may have different guidelines compared to another.

You can subscriber to our Wicomico County Real Estate Newsletter where we are currently builing our loan officer directory. We will keep you posted.
