In the covenant of Rancho Santa Fe where you can own horses and access miles of riding trails it is one horse per acre but must have 2 acres to begin with. Also if horses have resided on the property in the past it is easier to get approval. For more info please give me a call and I will give you a map that outlines the areas that access trails, boarding and training facilities and the like.

Thank you,

Jamie Danielle answered:

There are a number of sources you may be able to utilize to find rentals in Rancho Santa Fe. I agree with Mark and Kari, Craigslist is a good first good step. I would also suggest looking on Trulia, HotPads, Zillow and local sources such as the Rancho Santa Fe Review. Rancho Santa Fe has a community center in the heart of town, you could check to see if they have any leads on rentals or where you might be able to advertise. Another idea might be asking local Rancho Santa Fe Real Estate professionals if they know of anything that will be coming on the rental market. Agents usually have the inside information on properties that homeowners may wish to rent for long term leases or vacation rentals.

I hope this helps and best of luck to you!

The seller and the seller's agent have a duty to disclose things they know about the property. It is also possible that when the seller purchased the home their home inspector didn't catch the fact that there is a buried oil tank. Here is a perfect example of why hiring a great home inspector is so important. Be grateful you are aware of the tank because it should be the seller's responsibility to correct this before closing. ... more

Let me know the details of the transaction. Is it a 1031 exchange? I can do it and it will be done right but I need details, property information and time line. This is a complex transaction and I need to know the buyer and seller details for a consult.

They should be based on percentage of homes. House would differ from condos You would have to look up the HOA By Laws.

Kari Shea answered:
Hi Julian,

As agents we have the best of intentions with regards to getting your questions answered.

A great rule of thumb for questions you ask at Trulia or other sites, ask real estate agents questions about real estate and ask lenders questions about loans.

We are not lenders, and while we may know the answer to the question, it is going to be a lender that supplies your loan.

Best of luck to you,

Good Afternoon,
As stated below, the HOA is $1086.50 for this home. It is fractional ownership, aka a timeshare. You would have 4 weeks per year. I would be happy to go over what weeks are available, what amenities are offered and to take you on a tour of the model homes, Feel free to contact me directly for more info.
