It's been a rocky trip for me . I have 5 kids, 4 down and one to go. I have a 17 yr old and myself now needing a home by a private owner. Through out the yrs. We can do an FHA Loan with 3.5% down and you only need a 580 credit score. FHA would be a great solution. Email me or call me if you have any questions. We do these all the time.

The real question should be, “What is the definition of a closet?”
Standard two door closet with area to only hang clothing and 1 shelf above is very inefficient. I did away with all my closets, build custom drawers and cabinets along the entire wall where the closet was. Some cabinets only have a place for 24 hangers. Some hold 36. Each room has at least two of theses cabinets for hanging cloths. All built and attached to the wall. Very clean and classy looking. ... more

It depends what it says in the listing agreement you signed. It's possible that contract has a protection period that says he gets paid, if you sell within XX days of cancelling the agreement.

But usually, that clause is null and void if you relist with a professional agency. Find and read that agreement.

Good luck.

We bought a spec home in the Valley six years ago. The builder pulled every trick in the book....I would show it to your closing company to have their legal dept. check out the contract....I have a background as a Legal Secretary and a friend who is a Real Estate Agent in Wickenburg who threatened to notify the State Board if they didn't rewrite the contract...things that they promised in sales flyers were NOT in the contract. You call the crimewatch # at 602-262-6151 and reports the disruption. They can be fined up to $1000 for each time you have to call them out. You might have to wait a few hours or they may come right away depending on emergency calls they have. It's a pain to wait and not all the officers are good about doing it. You have to have the officer come to your door in order for it to be filed as a complaint. You can use if you should have to take them to court later. I have had to call them out 3-5 times in a night because of the extreme noise from my neighbors. There is not time of the day or night limit. If there is a disruption in the day or night you can call and file the complaint. The fine goes on the power bill so there is no way they can get out of paying the fine. Hope this info helps. There is City ordinance on loud noise you can look up online. ... more
