Trulia only permits for sale listings to be posted by real estate professionals. If you want your home to appear here you will have to find an agent or broker to work with.

Totally depends on pricing. Start with the Market value of a vacant buildable lot then deduct the cost of demolition and removal. (can be expensive if asbestos is involved)

Home values are increasing, but if you have good tenants, it makes sense to keep renting to them. The market improvement will take several years--if you hold on to your house a bit longer, it will probably be worth more than if you tried to sell it now. ... more

Hi, If you are secure in you jobs, it makes total sense to purchase something. In this market, you can get much more house for the money than you could a few years ago. I don't think it's necessary to find the cheapest house, but just one well with-in your budget that will allow you the extra cash flow to make it into exactly what you want! ... more

There are many corporate rentals that are furnished. Extended stay hotels are also good for short term. Occasionally some furnished rentals pop up in areas but furnished is usually at a slightly higher price or larger deposit. I will have a partially furnished listing in Highland park this fall and currently I am listing a rental in Lincolnshire, but that one is not furnished. There are some companies that will rent out furniture as well. I would need more specific parameters on area, price, and size to really answer your question.
