I am having the same problem in Sacramento. Places that are in crime ridden areas where you would need a bigger dog do not allow them in the park. I have one dog who used to go to work with me daily and is very socialized is prohibited. I love my dog and would never consider living in a place where she is unwelcomed besides little dogs in my experience are yappy, biting, nervous little dogs. I understand I'm generalizing but so do they......besides what could be so wrong with a dog named Ava the Great! I wish you well in your search. ... more
