District. Could it show up in both Wyoming and Grandville. Having it just in Wyoming is very misleading.

Sanblm,

Trulia does not accept FSBO listings. There are sites that do, but if you posted here and on every other site that allows you to, you won't get the level of exposure that listing with a great local agent and appearing on your local MLS will get you.

A great agent is worth more than their commission, but a bad one or none at all can cost you way more than just a commission. Consider discussing your options with someone worth working with and then do whatever you feel is in your best interest. Best of luck however you proceed.

Hello Keith: Are you ready to purchase a home? RD (Rural Development) and VA are your options. RD is government funded meaning it's not necessarily going to last forever.

We work with scores as low as 600 of FHA and VA. If you have low scores is due to lot of bad credit or lack of credit. Are they a bunch of little collections or big collections. Down payment is going to be your next big factor. The other answers you received are good answers too. Just make sure you get everything in writing when the time comes. ... more

As agents we can only direct you to the local municipialities for information. In making a decision on where to live, do your homework. The decision on where to live should be yours alone. An agent should not direct you in any way. What your looking for in an area is equally important on your decision. Like parks for your dog and daughter to enjoy. If I can help you find an area like this please contact me today. ... more

In regards to the possible exemptions on property taxes, yes, there may be, but like previously mentioned, to get the poverty exemption you would need to apply for that at the right time of the year. That is often more difficult than one would figure because to qualify, you would typically need to be under the poverty income bracket, and most people on SSDI are above that minimum.

The income limit to be considered in the Federal poverty income bracket for 2012-2013 for a one person household is $11,170, and for a 2 person household you would need to be under $15,130 for any of the 48 contiguous states.

Randy - I assume your "people who are irresponbsible should not be rewarded" statement applies to the banks as well! THEY were the ones who started the irresponsibility bandwagon moving and then encouraged everyone to get on board! If we are going to punish irresponsible homeowners, then we must do the same to banks and I think your idea is a TERRIFIC one!

Personally, I think we should declare a two year moratorium on foreclosures, then take the foreclosure, shortsale, loan modification business out of the hands of the banks. They have proven they are completely incompetent and unequipped to handle these anyway. Let's force them to outsource the problem to people who know how to get these things done, perhaps hire realtors as consultants! And let's look at these loans one at a time. Modify where appropriate, short sell where appropriate and foreclose as a last resort.

The moratorium alone will stimulate the housing market, which will stimulate the economy, which will lead to more jobs and by the time we evaluate the last distressed loan we may not HAVE to foreclose!
