I just sold the 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home at 215 Gregory. Great street. Great Location. Buffalo General will be a 15 minute ride almost any time of day. Our real estate office is 2 blocks from Buffalo General, so I know the route quite well from Grand Island (resident as well). Directions are as follows:
190 south to Porter Ave exit, 2nd right at Symphony Cirle onto North, 4 maybe 5 lights to parking at Buffalo General. I'd be more than happy to answer any other questions you might have.

contact your agent directly, Century 21 has multiple entry points for listings to be distributed, some come from the mls as a source which in most cases is trulia, while other come from other areas is created specifically by the Century 21 system for your home, so your agent can usally find our how trulia got it and correct it at the proper source, or go in to trulia and modify it him/herself.

With the sharing of so much information this is an occasional problem and your agent will be glad to hear about it and correct it in most cases.

Steven: Hi - I've spoken with your father and you before on other starter homes on GI. #76 Riverdale last changed hands in April '08; to be in foreclosure already the buyer would have had to practically stop payments as soon as he took possession (and it was likely bought as a rental investment as the tax records reflect another home as his primary address). It's not listed yet on either the HUD site or the MLS at this time. There is also #8 Riverdale which is heading for foreclosure. I have been trying to sell it on a short sale for the past six months, but am not getting anywhere with the bank as it is complicated by an estate situation. Why not just buy a nice one like 87 Monica and move right in? Possible seller assistance with closing costs for the right buyer. ... more
