I spent 30 minutes on the phone to cancel my account because there was no way for me to do it online. They had the audacity to charge me for another 3 months for service I won't receive. Buyer beware of their stupid contracts! I had previously purchased their Market snapshot which provides unreliable data to be sent to my prospect base. I tried to cancel that after a few months and they wouldn't let me out of their contract. They agreed to cancel it only if I extended my CRM contract with them for another 6 months. It has been an entirely worthless waste of nearly $1000 for me. They lock you into a contract because their product sucks and are afraid to lose you once you find out how worthless it is. ... more

Hello,

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

http://www.trulia.com/directory/

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Hey Mom,

Remember all those papers you signed? Well it's time to drag 'em out of storage.

Unfortunately it's impossible for any of us here on Trulia to know what type of loan you have or its terms and conditions. You'll have to read your documents. Consider calling your lender (loan officer) too, as they should be able to provide assistance. If you still have questions or need help, consult an attorney. Better to spend a few bucks for a consultation fee than pay big bucks for a mistake!

Best of luck!

K.

Any local agent can help you with your search, therefore consider working with an agent of your own; also check local print media for by owner properties, word of mouth, etc.

bummer,Hope you got your money if Not you'll probably need an attorney, Your Realtor should have explained this ALL to you and SHOULD be Helping you. Since you're on here: I'm Wondering if you signed on for the dual/designated agency,

if you did, then you're on your own there's No Fiduciary and No Legal Representation with dual/designated agency. FYI You Are Always Entiltled to YOUR OWN AGENT!!

Do Hope you get paid, Too bad your agent didn't Know the law/rules and cost you $$$ removing asbestos etc.

ADK Realty Does Not Practice Dual/Desginated Agency I think it is intellectually dishonest -Telling both parties 'I'll work for you" Knowing that legally it's caveot emptor for buyers and sellers and no recourse when 'it' hits the fan like this.
Dual agency some offices love since it's Great for agents they have no responsibility, but not so great for sellers/buyers when things go wrong, they are on their own. That's why Dual Agency is Illegal in Most States-but not NY.... In NY if you'd had your license for 15yrs you never need more education or classes either! sadly dinosaurs don't know the new laws & are not familar w/agency.. Good Luck to you!!
