What makes you feel that you have to re-negotiate the commission you'd already agreed upon?

Your agent did a great job... not only did he sell your house, but he brought you one of his own buyers. ... more

Hello Steven, they usually want 10-15% down that is non refundable and are risky. Do you have the 15% down? You should study RENT vs BUY listings to compare payment and qualifications.

You may already qualify for traditional financing with FHA. You may consider 10% down FHA with fico scores between 500-579 and 3.5% down FHA with a minimum 580 fico score.

Your scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary. You may qualify to buy and pay the same payment as rent in 22030 zip code.

The rentals in 22030 zip code start from $1,200 for a studio apt, from $1,550 for 2bd 1ba apt, from $1,775 for 3bd 1.5ba condo and the single family homes start from $2,195 for 3bd 2ba home.

The purchase start from 165k for 2bd 1ba condo and up in 22030 zip code of Fairfax. Check out the web reference link below...

Discuss this with your managing broker. You'll be able to share details with him/her and they'll be able to give you some guidance.

How do I change the main photo in my listing? I posted originally on Zillow and the main photo there is the one I want, but in Trulia it does not show the same main photo.

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. The email that you forwarded to me is an inferred email. This type of email sends listings that may be outside of your search criteria, but does match your commonly viewed homes/areas. These are sent when no new listings fit your search filters. I receive similar emails for places in which I am not searching, and I agree they can be a nuisance. At this time, the only way to unsubscribe from those is to unsubscribe from Saved Search Alert emails, which can be done on your email preferences page. Please note, this will prevent any email updates from being sent to you with listings you may want to see. I would recommend checking your saved searches and deleting any duplicates or searches that are no longer of any interest to you in order to reduce the number of alternative emails being sent to you.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this and I am happy to assist however possible. Thank you and again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Many banks have cut back on the agents they use. The best way to get in with a bank or company is to complete bpos. Most rank agents based on bpo quality and numbers and that determines who gets the listings. Many agents team up with existing reo agents to learn the business of REO. ... more
