For new construction the taxes are not yet set, so you will not have an exact tax amount....
But an experienced Realtor in the area will be able to check on similar properties in size and amenities to see what their taxes are, so that you have a good idea....
Some tax records are also publicly available, you just need to make sure that you do compare
apples with apples as homes are so different....
