I've been living here for the past five years and I have not gotten used to the noise. I live on the top of Eagle Hill and lately the air traffic has been non-stop. I'm a renter with a fantastic deal but am thinking of moving because the noise is stressing me out. I would NEVER buy a house here. ... more

There are various projects going on in and around the Seaport area. To get up to the minute status updates, follow the BRA on twitter or see the link below for additional information.

The latest update is regarding Waterside Place, a $120 million residential building under construction in the Innovation District. The 20-story building will include 236 units of housing, 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail, 7,000 square feet of space for start ups, and 140 parking spaces. Waterside Place is being developed by The Drew Company. Waterside Place broke ground in June 2012 and is slated for completion in early 2014.

If you have specific condos you're interested in, please don't hesitate to reach out and I will be happy to assist further.

Please remember to give a "thumbs up" for the best response to your inquiry, thanks!

Based on the three loan officers I have spoken to, about 5 weeks ago they placed new restrictions on rental income to offset expenses. I make money on the property, and have a rate in 5's. These FHA restrictions are new. Unfortunately I would have qualified 5 weeks ago. I just wasn't sure if any one was familiar with working with credit unions.
