Very and you should hire an attorney to attend closing with you first thing in the morning. It is IMPERATIVE that you have legal counsel for these types of issues and is not all that expensive. to protect yourself as buyer.

Hello
As I a disabled firefighter now over 55 & I have lived 2 years in the Hells gates
of Kings Point A slum pits of slumlords with Violations of equal rights as well
as unsafe housing & violations of Laws & Discriminations against elderly and mentally ill unsafe housing issues that I was injured in several times my self.
I would NEVER move or send my loved ones there ever to live.

I have now signed a lease in High point safety and if you ever where in
Kings point which is the dirt pit of Delray in my opinion.

Well High Point is a well keep mansion/villa of much better and safe housing
feel free to contact me for more information.

The community is not bad lots of amenities. But if you are looking to rent just beware there are landlords there that are just out to make a buck and many owned several units. Susan Fratangelo is one of them. She harasses you for the rent before it is due and she takes advantage of her tenants. I was warned but at the time the price was right and the warning came, after i moved in. So if you or a parent is looking in the community my only advice would be steer clear of her units. ... more

Hi Eramac,

There is no list of approved VA homes.
Your best bet is to find a Realtor that has experience with VA/FHA buyers.
They will know what is required by VA to purchase a home.

Good Luck
