Stuart Udis answered:
Listing your property with a Realtor who can upload your property on the MLS is the best method as it offers maximum exposure. The MLS listing will be syndicated across all leading real estate websites including but not limited to Trulia, Zillow. Yahoo! Real Estate and Movoto.

If you are not interested in listing your property at this time under a traditional listing fee arrangement, my law firm maintains a Brokers License and has complete discretion over the fees that we charge. I would be happy to upload your property onto the MLS for a flat fee.

Absolutely poor form. You should be set up on a search straight from the mls from your agent that send you every listing that matches your criteria the second they hit the market.

I know this question is old, but worth answering anyway.

Conshohocken has begun to crack down on the number of related persons renting in the borough. If you are looking to get together with, say, three or four other students to rent a house, you may be putting your landlord's rental license at risk.

Some may be willing to take their chances, but others may not.
