"My commute is great, 20 mins if I get on the Tollway and 30 mins if I take 380 to 423. 380 can be somewhat of a nightmare sometimes but overall it’s not that bad."

"Everything is in close proximity. Stonebriar Mall is 20 mins away. You are close to the lake (non-residents pay more for lake access). Couldn’t complain much! "

"380 gets some congestion. Commute to Denton is great. To Dallas north is fast and easygoing. Paloma Creek neighborhood is awesome. Great area if you have a car. Community pool for neighborhood "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for 14 years I can walk to Kroger ,aldis , to restaurants, liquor store, seven eleven, to the football stadium. We have walking trails through out town. The bus stop for the kids of all schools is right down the street ."
