"Festivals and family friendly events almost every weekend right in town. Music in the park. Trick’or’treating is always so fun with a huge turn out. Blobfest and the Burning of the Phoenix. It’s just a special place. "

"In my neighborhood we have sidewalks. People pick up after their dogs, people let you know if dog is friendly or not. There are dog parks we can drive to and a nice family park where dogs are welcome nearby."

"Great location! Close to 422, 76, Rt30 . Valley Forge Park is in your back yard. We have great restaurants. The Phoenixville schools are good. King of Prussia is 8 miles away. Going to Philadelphia 25 minutes away if you don't go at rush hour. "

"Older family community. I’m in my 30’s and i feel like the youngest person within a 2 mile radius. But its a very safe area. It would be great to have younger families moving in as this is a great neighborhood, close to everything !!!"
