"This is a very nice condo neighborhood. Mostly older people who do a lot of gardening for a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors walk here frequently. I do not think other neighborhoods are like this one in South Bend."

"Dog owners in my neighborhood would like that, I pick up after my dog. They would also like that my family loves dogs and are all friendly towards other dogs as long as they are friendly. Our dogs are great dogs that listen and are not a nuisance to anyone around."

"Over the past 3-years this neighborhood has seen a lot of new homes built, lots of total home renovations and this has become a nice place to live. Code has cracked down on bad buildings and trash and now this area is reemerging as a viable place to live again. Mostly great neighbors and friendly people."

"There are no sidewalks in a lot of these nice neighborhoods BUT not a lot of traffic. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and it’s quiet unless there’s kids playing or people mowing their yards. Typical neighborhood. "
