"University sounds good, & used to have low rents, but neither are true anymore. However, there are plenty of stores & restaurants. IF most people would practice "love thy neighbor" this & other places would be much better... "

"Be mindful of the assigned schools in the area. Miles elementary is, by far, the worst. Also many apartments in the area have roach infestations. the duplexes are well sealed and don't have these problems but apartments yes. Check the unit before signing your next lease, see a dead roach, leave. "

"I've lived here on and off for bout 15 years, it has definitely changed. not what it used to be.. but very convenient for foodies. If you like shopping and eating and the occasional sound of gunshots ringing, this is the area for you. :)"
