"The traffic is minimal in Estero. I commute to south Naples everyday for work, the commute can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour with bad traffic. "

"I guess it depends where you live but there is an older crowd in this neighborhood. I personally like in coper oaks which I don't highly recommend due to their. corrupted policies, hard to manage front gate and lack of parking. "

"Everything is conveniently located, several large malls, restaurants, grocery stores, RSW airport, FGCU, schools, Estero Park, Koreshion State park a dog park and I 75. People are friendly, lots of family’s and lots of activity’s for both kids and adults."

"Drive to work 15-20 min. Commute is easy living in Estero. No one uses public transportation. In season it’s a little longer but is still very easy compared to most cities. "

"Hertz Arena has great events as well as public parks, parades, and other activities. Always something to do at Tidewater. Concerts, card games, pickleball, tennis, bocce, community garden, and many active clubs."

"I know this neighborhood for many years. It is friendly, clean and safe. The amenities like clubhouse, pool, hot tub, tennis, bocce are beautiful and great. Location is fabulous near modern shopping malls and yet quiet."

"It’s a 55 and older gated community .... this place has nice sunsets and sunrises .. but the one place I own it’s only one bedroom I would luv bigger place for all my children to come down and stay "
