"It’s a lovely place to live but people don’t want to see you or talk to you. We walk my son every evening and they ask us not to come near their yards. Not sure why they are like this, but we never bothered anyone’s property. "

The mountains, the forests, rivers, colleges, great restaurants, excellent medical care, This house is perfect for a medical professional, a business owner, a family with kids, a couple, or retirees who have means and want to enjoy the better things in life. Situated just minutes from Mission Hospital, UNCA, AB Tech, downtown, the Biltmore Estate, and 1 mile to I-26 and the rest of WNC and all it has to offer. Our house could be the "Best House in Asheville," every detail built under close supervision to insure integrity, efficiency, conservation, warmth, and to be lived in for a lifetime for ourselves, our family and our grandchildren.
