Rosecrest is about what I would expect from a white, middle class, mostly LDS school in the Salt Lake area. There is zero diversity, an overabundance of food related rewards, and almost zero sense of greater community. The school is basically run by a handful of outspoken parents and trying to break into that clique is fierce. The education my children have received has been average in some areas, far less than average in others (especially math and science). It's a public school in the least funded state, so I didn't have high hopes, but I really didn't expect it to be so oppressive and uncomfortable. If you are a middle class, mormon family from Canyon Rim/Millcreek, I am sure this school is just lovely.
