Read what parents are saying about Quest Early College High SchoolQuest Early College High School is a fabulous high school with the best, most concerned and helpful facilitators. Sure there is a lot of homework but if your student is serious about learning and graduating this will not be that much of an issue. Earning that Associates Degree right along with the High School Diploma is also a terrific plus. As a parent of a graduating senior at Quest, I would rate the school and its facilitators an A+.
Posted by a parent on 5/3/2017Quest is an awesome school! My son is currently a sophomore and is doing very well. It was a struggle in his first semester freshman year. But when they tell you to expect 3hrs of homework on average a night, they mean it! Quest is very challenging academically. My son took 2 dual credit courses his freshman year. So, he's already doing college level work with college level expectations to go along with it. Quest sets the bar very high, however the teachers offer the students many opportunities for help, by way of morning tutorials (almost every day) and learning labs during the day. They really want the kids to do well. Quest also has a 'family' system instead of home room, but the kids will be with the same advisor and same kids for all four years. The families consist of all grade levels, 9-12, which works well because the upper classmen are so helpful to the freshmen and really seem to take them under their wings and give them advice about classes, staying on top of their course work and about their college admissions experiences. Imagine, Seniors actually helping freshmen! Overall, Quest Early College High School has been a blessing for our family.
Posted by a parent on 12/8/2014I would have to disagree with you, the dragons are the best. I go to quest currently, I'm a freshman, and out of all the other schools I went to this one is the best. The other students are friendly and the teachers are to. The teachers actually care about your education unlike other schools. Most get to scool earlier than they have to and help any one who needs it. Overall quest is a great school
Posted by a student on 10/4/2014I used to attend Quest High School. I attended Quest my Freshman and Sophomore year, and have now transferred to Kingwood High School. I miss Quest so much, I think about it every day. The students were very accepting, I practically knew everyone. But when I transferred to KHS, I didn't get that warm welcome at all. All the kids were in their cliques and I was laughed at for being different and not having any friends. I'm glad to say I'm getting out though. I've managed to drop down one credit plan to the 22 credit and I am taking summer classes to graduate early. I had to switch because of my own fault though, I let myself get too social at Quest and forgot about work. It's not the schools fault, it's just how I operate. I needed a change of scenery. But, boy, I sure regret it. At Quest, I had my first real friends, not ones that act all fake and such. I also joined a band and found more about who I really was. Quest is a great school. Shame it's changing from the original plan, moving towards the Early College High School thing, but there's nothing you can do about it. All in all, great students, great teachers, and great school. Also, family is awesome. (Especially the Owls!)

I can see the difference each year in how much my child is learning! Staff is always very nice and welcoming!Parent Review10mo ago - Park Lakes Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA complete let down. Leaves your child behind if they aren't 'fast' enough with the program, and no such thing as help like tutoring. You'd think this was the type of school that says 'we won't leave a kid behind' and do something about it instead, like help them out? Nope, just out there on your own, on an island.... letting your child fail. OH! And don't let your child be special ed, or have some kind of medical issue like urinary incontinence... they kick you out like you aren't one of their own!Parent Review3mo ago - St Mary Magdalene School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf I could give 0 star I would. Before the new principal took over the school was great, but now it's a totally disaster. Kids getting be bullied first from the teachers than from the principal she threat them and retaliate against them if parents say something. Plus she took money from a fundraiser for the school and used for what she said to pay a water credit card bill. She puts kids behind to favor the priest and the Knights of Columbus. Simply disgustingParent Review8mo ago
