7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has made significant progress towards achieving an environment where kids can grow their education skills and develop life skills. This includes special classes such as gardening, livestock tending, animal care, modern technology usage, arts and crafts, and as well as outdoor activities. The teachers here spend much of their time providing instruction with clear and concise information. They value the knowledge that is meaningful and measured so that the students can have an opportunity to grow and meet the expectations of the curriculum. Many students here I have learned about enjoy the time at the school and would definitely recommend it as a school of fulfillment where it is challenging, fun, comfortable, and supporting.Parent Review1mo ago - James Bowie Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our first year in the district and I couldn't be more disappointed. My daughter attends first grade here and we have had nothing but issues. My daughters teacher is young and seems as if she is unsure of what she is doing, we get homework that is graded wrong, lack of communication when notes or emails are sent , seems to have a substitute in her class at least once a week.... The list goes on. There have been issues with other students and children being mean and bullying but doesn't help when the teacher calls your child the same names the children do. My child asks us on an almost daily basis when can we go back to her previous school where she had a nice teacher and friends that liked her. Finishing out this school year and starting our search for a new home.Parent Review7y ago - Larson Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI wouldn't have my daughter anywhere else. She comes home with new songs, stories, and knowledge every single day. I know she is loved and cared for. They have almost completely potty trained her. We are included in everything that her teacher is doing. I can't say enough good things.Parent Review5y ago - Turnpike Christian School
