Montclair is an outstanding school! I love how all the students and families feel welcomed and included. I feel blessed to be part of a school community that truly values our kids and their growth, not just in academics, but socially/emotionally as well.

Student expectations are very high. Communication with parents is very good.

Mrs. Burnside, the fifth grade teacher, saved my son. He has multiple behavioral issues but Mrs. Burnside went way above and beyond. She held multiple meetings with my wife and even provided a quick daily feedback on his behavior to allow us to address any issues. I know for a fact any other school would have abandoned my son and expelled him, but Mrs. Burnside and the Woodlawn staff gave me the time I needed to find a job where I can work from home and homeschool my son next year. I cannot overstate enough that my whole family would have been ruined without this support. Thank you SO SO much. You will always be remembered in my household.

Ella Barnes has a great group of teachers who support each students learning needs.

My kids currently go to Blanche Moore. They have been there since Pre-K & Kinder (4 years). This school is great, any problems or questions are addressed. The teachers are great and friendly. One of my children have a learning disability and they are on top of it making sure she is where she needs to be. She isn't treated any differently.

OLPH is a wonderful community that cares about education, community, and it’s individual students. Students are friendly, welcoming to new students and enjoy learning. The teachers are excellent and keep the students excited to learn.
