Read what parents are saying about Brunswick Middle SchoolThe school I attend can get quite crowded and although most of the teachers are fine, there are a couple of bad eggs that can make it a challenging environment to learn in. Unfortunately, I've had some negative experiences where I've been yelled at for asking questions or seeking further clarification. It can be not very encouraging when you're genuinely trying to learn and improve your understanding. Additionally, I've noticed that some of the teachers seem more interested in arguing their point rather than helping their confused students. It can be frustrating to feel like you're not being heard or understood, especially when trying your best to succeed. Despite these challenges, I try my best to stay positive and focused on my goals, but it's definitely not easy.
Posted by a student on 10/16/2023Excellent!! Great teachers and staff! Guidance counselor went above and beyond to help when my child struggled to stay on track. My emails were always answered quickly and shared with each teacher for their insight and responses. I have so many good things to say about this school, and we are very fortunate that our son attended Willetts Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children are third generation Kidder Kids!! The teachers at Kidder are the best. The parents in the PTG are amazing. The staff and parents work so great together. Communication is great between working parents and the school/PTG. I don't have to be there to know what is going on. My kids love the school and feel at home. It still amazes me how all the staff seem to know every childs name. It definitely has the small town feel. Each child feels important and like they are part of something bigger than themselves. I love the way they have the older kids help out in the classrooms of the younger kids. It really helps the kids to feel like they are all united.Parent Review11y ago - St Ambrose School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI began my journey at Ambrose when I was in kindergarten (age 5). From the beginning, it was terrible. The teachers aid who helped out in my room automatically disliked me because my older sister and her daughter were not friends. I was constantly shamed and yelled at for no reason other than being my sisters sibling. Right off the bat this proves something is wrong with this school. The full time teacher slowly grew to dislike me and eventually yelled at me in front of my whole class and said that my problems didn’t matter. Keep in mind I was five. FIVE! My first grade teacher was phenomenal but she ended up leaving just two years later. My next few years there were mediocre, but tolerable. In fifth grade I began hanging out with the wrong crowd (yes there is a ‘wrong crowd’ in this so called holy school) and I was getting bullied and abused everyday. Although we constantly informed the teachers and principal what was going on, nothing was done about it. Sixth grade came along and the problems seemed to just get worse. Towards the end of the year we had a grade talk about the bullying. All the bullies claimed they were being bullied as well. And you know how the principal and teachers handled it? My grade got pizza because they felt bad we were being bullied. Way to handle a situation Ambrose! Thank the lord I finally got out of that school for seventh and eighth grade and I could not be happier where I am now. All in all, this school will not take you seriously, learning disabilities are not taken seriously and teachers DO NOT CARE. I suggest going somewhere else where you can really be part of a family.Other Review4y ago - St Ambrose School
