This is a special needs elementary school for children grades K-8. It is a wonderful environment with a loving and supportive staff who work with each child's unique abilities to help them reach their highest potential. There is a special program called Therese for children with autism which is fabulous. I cannot say enough positive things about this school or its staff and administrators!

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe experience was horrible they don't deal with bullying I had to call the police about the bullying but it didn't stop the teachers are verbally abusive towards students and take the bullies side not helping the person who was bullied my child tried committing suicide cause of it after she was beat up by 3 girls and she's suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts and tendencies along with self harm I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE BULLIED TO THE POINT OF SUICIDEParent Review10mo ago - Ps 48 William C Wilcox

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall the school is good, but too many students in a class, like 32 students, and only one teacher without assistance. Not sure how the teacher can focus on students. Asked few friends from other schools, all classes are around 27 students with a teacher and an assistance.
