This school is amazing. My children are loving it here. The staff is amazing. They greet the children every day with positive energy. If feels so welcoming. They love the children here. They make you feel safe. My children are thriving academically and socially. I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this school to any parents with a young child; the teachers are unprepared and unprofessional. My experience was the worst; my son had a dirty diaper all day and smelled like pee. they didn't bother to give him lunch or help him put his shoes on. Walking around the school without shoes. When it comes to security, they are easily the worst at that, with no signature required for pick up or drop off, or proper identification in order to enter the premises. Anyone can have access to the kids and they would not know if it's an intruder or an actual parent since no one bothers to check. Avoid school if possible, and avoid headaches. Overall, unprofessional, discriminatory towards minorities, and security compromised.

Kinneret Day School is an absolute treasure to the Riverdale, NY community and surrounding neighborhoods. It's affordable and accomodating to non-Orthodox students and families. The school is highly accessible, with the parents developing good working relationships with administrators and teachers. The small school setting is part of Kinneret's charm, in that it enables a warm, family-like atmosphere. Children emerge from this school confident, well-educated, well-adjusted, and happy with their school experience.
