Read what parents are saying about Betsey A Rhodes Elementary SchoolI have 2 children who attend this school, we have been going here for a few years now and I can honestly say I have had more negative interactions with staff than positive ones. Good luck speaking to the front desk.. the main lady (I won't say her name) but she is just so rude. Immediately answers the phone with attitude...rolls her eyes when you walk into the office asking to speak with someone. Teachers can be rude and dismissive. I have tried to reach out through class dojo, they only use it to tell parents what they need donated or what students are doing wrong. You rearly get a response back that answers your questions or concerns.
Posted by a parent on 11/9/2022Overall, a very good school. I think the principal is doing a good job and the teachers all seem to be engaged and care. We have had about 5 teachers so far and all have been good, with 2 that were amazing.
Posted by a parent on 7/14/2020Overall, I have very good and wholesome experiences with Betsy Rhodes since both boys were in kindergarten to 5th. Rhodes is their Alma Mater in elementary. I am also an educator, and I know how the school & staff at school perform to all students. Students are being encouraged & motivated to learn. I love working with my boys' teachers every year. Couldn't ask for more. Ms. Lucero did a great job leading the school, as well as her constituents.
Posted by a parent on 6/4/2020I would not recommend this school with the 1 teacher my so. Has had the most contact with. Which is why he will not be going here next year. She has taken a student who lived learning and now hates school. He has nightmares of teacher screaming at him! That is not to say that other teachers wouldn’t be better. But my experience has me pulling my child to another school.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have sent our children to Lamb of God School since Pre K 2019 and now both are in Elementary now. Our continued enrollment is our greatest endorsement of this school, it’s administrators and passionate teachers. There is certainly a sense of community here and our kids love going. We appreciate the accelerated education and superior MAP Scores this school routinely produces. Both of our children were reading as they headed into Kindergarten and we are committed to sending our youngest when she turns 3. The teachers would not make time for students and they would not give them extra help if they needed. My daughter said that one of her teachers cussed to one of the students.
