This school is by far the WORST school that I have ever dealt with. They make absolutely no accommodations for children with special needs and instead they suggest that the child complies to what they think they should be doing. They are completely unprofessional and very uneducated. They give you absolutely no resources to what your child is entitled to by law you have to do your own research and ask (demand)for what your child is entitled to by the district. The principal makes absolutely no effort into accommodating the child the social worker doesn’t entail anything of what your child deserves and needs instead follow a guideline and give you the bare minimum to help them. THE WORST !!!!!

This school is a great experience for my child! The teachers are very professional and good at their jobs, as well as kind and make children feel safe.

School 4 is a great school. My family moved to NJ when my son was entering 4th grade (now he is in 5th and graduating this June) and we have had a wonderful experience with all the teachers, staff, parents, and students. The administration is very helpful and pleasant. The teachers are very sweet and are really great at keeping lines of communication open and active. They offer so many extra curricular activities and events that keep the children and parents involved. I really am shocked that they have a 1 rating. I personally belive bad reviews may have possibly been written by disgruntled parents based on very specific and personal situations. I personally rate School 4 a 9. The only reason why they don't get a 10 from me is because as of right now, only half of the school building has been remodeled and is very modern, while the other half needs to be updated. But I'm sure with all the parent involvement and fundraising, remodeling is definitely in School 4's future. Keep up the good work School 4!!!! And don't let these bad reviews keep you down! I am currently attending Saint Genevieve's school and me and my parents both agree, it is the worst decision they ever made to put me in this poor excuse of a school. This school has done nothing but make me fall behind academically and emotionally damaged me. The other students here are wild and have 0 discipline. The teachers here don't know how to teach and resort to yelling when the students don't understand things, instead of trying to help the student. The terrible yelling "teaching style" has made me afraid to ask questions. Ive gone home crying some days because of how mean and terrible the teachers are. They're priorities are not straight and they care more about if you have nail polish on rather than if you are actually learning things. In this school you will have more religion than math and will spend more time doing useless busy work rather than doing work that you will actually learn from. Self expression is also basically banned at this school, anytime you try to be creative they will shut you down. Also, the teachers here don't care if you learn anything, as long as you are nice and sweet to them, they will give you all As. Most of the "teachers" here have no certification, and some of them don't even have college degrees. The problems here are not only academic but the school its self is falling apart. There have been out breaks of bed bugs, lice, lead paint, and they might also have lead in their water. This school does not have air conditioning, so in the summer me and my fellow students have to sit in a class room while its 90 degrees out. Also, the heater in Saint Genevieve's doesn't work properly, and students will have to resort to keeping their jackets on in class so they don't freeze. Im telling you nothing but the truth, so please, do not send your kids here if you really want them to succeed.
