Archdale-Trinity Middle School

My experience in this school was very bad. Me and my sister both went to this school and had to deal with a lot of drama and bullying. The administration is overworked and lethargic and kids run around bratty and unchecked. There were multiple shooting and bomb threats in the past three years. The kids are terrible and the teachers are apathetic. I would only recommend this school to people with very tough skin or people who are wealthy and athletic because those are the people who are favored by administration.

I would not recommend this school to anyone. The teaching staff is overwhelmed. The administration is a joke, the Principal is apathetic and can not be reached or relied on to address or resolve issues. I have been terribly disappointed by the staff in general but there are a handful of teachers that have not allowed their passion for teaching to be diminished. However, the majority of teachers are much like the administration. I understand bullying is a tremendous problem for many children and although my child has not been bullied the behavior of many of the children at this school is reprehensible. The children's behavior is unchecked by administration and the majority of the teaching staff appears to have given up on the situation. A very sad state of affairs, I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.

My daughter was bullied on nearly a daily basis, with no intervention from the teachers. She pretended to be sick as to stay home from school, and cried almost daily. The issue of bullying at this school needs to be addressed, and bullies need to be apprehended- no more sweeping issues under the rug.

There is no teacher control over the students, bullying is rampant, and the teaching is hardly average. I would not recommend this school to anyone. EVER. No matter how much I disliked them.

Archdale Trinity Middle School has the worst administration in the area and maybe the entire state. Whoever hired the principal needs to be beg the community for forgiveness. She cares nothing about the kids and their academics. She'll never respond to anyone's repeated requests for meetings. The sports programs have suffered ever since she's taken over as well as academics. She tried to coverup for a teacher when he was found to have pornographic material on their computer by going to every teacher and telling them to tell the students not to say anything when they got home. Good teachers and other staff have migrated elsewhere to get away from the tyranny. If you are looking for a good middle school for your child, look elswhere until the County administration wises up and replaces her.
