Read what parents are saying about Noble AcademyThe purpose of a student attending this school is because they have learning disabilities. Students get the support they need in a "real" school environment. My child would not make it through high school if they did not go to this school.
Posted by a parent on 2/20/2020My son has been a student at the school for 7 years. I have been teaching there for three years. My experience has been excellent as both a parent and teachers.
Posted by a teacher on 8/3/2019Excellent experience at this school. Highly recommend.
Posted by a parent on 2/18/2018I couldn't disagree more with the comment made in August 2016. My student was able to go on to college from Noble Academy, having learned to advocate for the needs he has to be a successful learner. I can assure you he would have never gotten that at any of the 5 other schools my other children attended, both public and private. With regard to the 13 year comment, considering the school was only 3rd thru 12th grade until a few years ago, there is no way anyone has been in school there 13 years.
Posted by a parent on 11/1/2016This school does not empower the students, to learn more, to do more--it actually enables them to do less!----It does not prepare them to go back into the main stream schools---but to be dependent upon them.-----Everything that appears good is not good!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur kids love this school. It is inclusive, diverse and has an incredible community of teachers and staff. There are over 50 countries represented giving a dynamic in every room with languages from around the world. With a high population of students who have labels of disabilities, the intent of every class is inclusion and support to meet the needs of each child. It has taught our children empathy, grace and patience. It also means that teachers are more apt to teach to the student, their individual abilities, etc. whether needing additional support or giving extensions for child exceeding the baseline.Parent Review3y ago - Greensboro Montessori School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe couldn't be happier at Greensboro Montessori School. They way they have guided the families through the COVID-19 pandemic has been a source a comfort and stability for our elementary-aged children. The head of school provided monthly virtual meetings to keep the community informed, be as transparent as possible, and solicit feedback from families. The teachers went above and beyond to create in-person and remove learning opportunities for students and were available for conference calls and virtual meetings whenever necessary for the benefit of all students. While we have always been impressed by this school, the last year further solidified our choice of GMS for our family. We highly recommend.Parent Review2y ago - Caldwell Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCaldwell Academy is such a true gift to our family. The partnership of the staff with parents to teach and shepherd our children is like no other. We have been so pleased at how each teacher has truly cared for and valued our children. Not only are they supported academically but spiritually as well. Our daughter is academically gifted and is thriving at Caldwell. Our son has a learning disability and we have been so grateful for the additional support he has received. Each year Caldwell has added additional resources such as a learning specialist and different programs to help him flourish! Everything at Caldwell is done with intention and prayer and it truly shows. We cannot express how blessed we feel to be part of the Caldwell family!Parent Review2mo ago - Greensboro Day School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have a 6th and 2nd grader and have been there since the 2020/2021 school year. In the midst of the pandemic this was one of a few schools that stayed open. The educational opportunities for my sons have been phenomenal! My kids feel safe there and have experienced no bullying, and believe me I question them. My oldest son has been exposed to Mandarin, Latin and Spanish. We transferred from an under resourced rural school district, and I was really worried that it might be too hard for them, but they have risen to the challenges and the teachers have been there every step to help them. I especially like the social emotional content, each child has a counselor that they feel comfortable approaching.Parent Review2y ago - Brookhaven Country Day School
