Read what parents are saying about The Independent Jewish Academy of BaltimoreThe year is ending and my husband and I are very pleased with Baltimore Hebrew school. He has become an accomplished student and I know this has to do with the staff and class size. He loves it and the many hands on opportunities to learn biology. He has made leaps and bounds in Hebrew. We love the balance between Judaic studies, outreach programs and core subjects. It will prepare him for a future in a global world.
Posted by a parent on 6/7/2012Hi... my name is Sarae. My Daughter is in fourth grade has been attending Reisterstown Elementary school for the past five years. We just transferred to Baltimore HEbrew two weeks ago. I cannot tell u how amazing this school is. On a scale from one to ten this school is a 100. The third and fourth grade is combined with a total of 7 children ! The attention that my Daughter is getting is amazing. Everyday Skyler would walk out of school sad. At Baltimore Hebrew Skyler walks out happy. Her self esteem is growing as well as her confidence. I can't tell u how happy I am and look forward to the next four years at Day school at Baltimore Hebrew. Absolutely recommend this school.

Posted by a parent on 10/27/2010My twins have started their second year in the Day School. They come home happy everyday and they are developing into confident learners which is the most important thing. The school provides a well rounded education with wonderful. warm, and effective teachers. They also provide lots of opportunities in both sports and the arts. The Day School has created an incredible community within its walls. Our family is honored to be a part of it.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI'm a student at Fallstaff elementary. I do all my work, usually get some good grades, and I don't act like a fool. There is a PBIS (don't ask me what that means) Party every 2 weeks on Friday. People who act the best and do the best gets to go. The main problem for me is i never get to attend the party for some reason because "I'm on my phone all the time" to quote what the teacher says. I'm one of the good kids in 702 who actually does work an answer question. But obviously if you don't already know the problem, i never get to go. Even though I'm that 20 percent of the class who does work and be good. Thats my main problem with this school, and other than those kids are running everywhere, some teachers plain out don't care about you, and overall, I fell on the floor (I felt sick) I didn't get no help from any staff and i had to walk it to the nurse's office. Then even in the nurse office, she isn't able to do much as she may not have the tools required to help you. That is my rating of the school. Other than that, its decent, but don't expect the absolute best here.Student Review2y ago - Campfield Early Childhood Center

Everyone is nice, friendly, helpful, and my child loves school so far. We'll see how this year pans out but things are definitely looking a lot better.Parent Review5y ago - Bnos Yisroel
