The administration at the school is very cruel to the students. The students are frequently made to sit in silent lunches and they are regularly belittled by the staff. My son’s mental health suffered as a result. Due to the teacher shortage, they hired an unqualified teacher for my son’s classroom. She is in way over her head and breaks down crying regularly in the classroom when she gets overwhelmed. They are way behind the times at this school. Technology and science are significantly lacking. There are no extracurriculars.

We are very dissatisfied with Our Lady of Lourdes School. The children are treated like prisoners. There are silent lunches where the kids are not allowed to speak at all. The Principal is very harsh to the children, yet lacks control of the school. I think the entire staff could benefit from training and continuing education to help them understand the basic needs of children.

We are not happy with our experience at Our Lady of Lourdes. Some of the teachers don’t understand that different children learn in different ways. We also find the school to be significantly lacking with technology. They very much operate behind the times. Science and technology are not prioritized. They also lack training and education on the social emotional needs of children. Communication is also not up to par. We will be sending our child to a new school next year.

The school is not what we hoped it would be for our fourth grader. Some of the teachers are very mean to the children and are not familiar with modern styles of teaching. There is a lot of yelling and not a lot of educating. I wish they would be open to more training and educational opportunities for the teachers so they could become better educators for our children.

This school offers an excellent education, from preschool to 8th grade. The teachers and staff know the children, and work with the children and families to ensure the student’s success. It is a small school, allowing the children to feel safe and well cared for. We have had a very positive experience.
