Posted by a community member on 5/22/2015this is a very excellent school before this school i attended livaduais middle school but i transfered because that school is beyond horrible i was bullied there picked and even beat up and the teachers and dean Vonyotta Cole did nothing about it but Ms. Hunt the dean at marrero gets to the bottom of things like that.IT has great academic programs like honors and i b o program and you may think this school is bad but you dont realize what something is until you get it.

Posted by a parent on 8/18/2014This school is horrible. My daughter is in the 6th grade and was forced to attend due to district zoning but I should have followed my first mind and found a private school. There are multiple fights almost every day and a major lack of discipline. My daughter was attacked by a boy she didn't even know and the school never called me to report it. My daughter was terrified to return to school. When I went to the school to report it, they made excuses for the kid stating that he comes from a broken home. There was never anything done about it. The kids curse at the teachers and disrupt class daily and the "motto" is that the good kids have to suffer for the bad. So they punish everyone instead of the ones that are being disruptive. This school reminds me of the movie Lean on Me. Please keep your kids away from this place at all cost.
Posted by a parent on 2/12/2014This school is great. Currently it is 2013, and allot less fights has happened. The teachers are really nice and respectful. It may not LOOK the best, but it is really nice on the inside. In fact, it needs votes right now so they can improve the school now! Don't judge a book by its cover! :)

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible! The bathrooms are disgusting, the children are ruthless, the school is run down, a few teachers just pick on the kids for no reason, the school is very full of drama, there is many fights and incidents, work or lessons cannot be completed because behavior has to be addressed but overall this school is horrible from ceiling to floor. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. Dont even think about doing so.Other Review1mo ago - Ella C. Pittman Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is really a bad school. They have a handful of teachers that teaches a bunch of kids in one room at the same time students never receive that one on one time needed that is normally available in a private school. This school leader is very unprofessional and never consistent with given information. My advice would be stay away from this school.Other Review9y ago - Immaculate Conception School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two students currently at ICS. One is in first grade and the other in third, and this is our fourth year as part of the ICS family. I've been very pleased with this school on all fronts; the academics are first class, family support is outstanding, and perhaps most importantly, they believe in high standards in a loving, diverse and supportive environment. The kids are happy and engaged every day, and complain when I pick them up that they do not want to leave. There is low teacher turnover, and the administration is accessible and very in touch with each student as an individual, never a "number". I can't recommend this school enough, and am proud to be an ICS mom.Parent Review9y ago - St. Joseph the Worker School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am an alumni of Saint Rosalie and currently attend AOL. I am in all honors classes, an ambassador, Vice President, and I am on the medical track, currently in medical terminology class. This school built the foundation that led me to be this successful as a high school student. The teachers were caring and took extra time to help you if you were ever having trouble understanding the material given to you. I loved this school and so did my friends. We miss it dearly and I would recommend you send your children here.Other Review2y ago - Bonella A. St. Ville Elementary School
