Read what parents are saying about Bethany Lutheran SchoolBethany Lutheran School is a well balanced education between academics and God. Conservative and Disciplined and filled with love. The teachers love what they do and it shows.
Posted by a parent on 6/4/2010My sons have attended Bethany for 4 years. We feel very blessed to be part of such a welcoming school. Parents are encouraged to participate and welcomed into the classrooms. Bethany offers full-time Pre-School, full-time Kindergarten as well as before and after school care. Teachers honestly care for their students and try to teach each child according to their strengths. Daily Bible History and weekly Chapel services provide our children with the knowledge of God's never ending love for us..

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent interactions with some of the staff members at West Hills Stem Academy. While I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the faculty, I have noticed that some of them have displayed a negative attitude towards students, parents, and colleagues. I have observed that some staff members are not as flexible as they could be in accommodating the needs of students and parents and other staff. It is important for the school to be responsive and adaptable to the needs of everyone. In fact, out of all the staff I've interacted with, only half of them were kind and seemingly flexible with working with me. The other half seemed to talk at me. Instead of having an effective and respectful conversation, I left feeling scolded and unwelcome. Furthermore, one staff member, in short, told me that asking for my name was trivial. I felt our interaction was disappointing and unprofessional.I believe that it is important for all staff members to maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards everyone. This not only creates a welcoming and inclusive environment but also helps to build a strong relationship between the school and its community.Other Review10mo ago - East Port Orchard Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son went there for 1st and 2nd grade. The 1st grade teacher didn't really do anything to help him or the kid bullying him. 2nd grade was a little better at least the teacher was more helpful but the Principal doesn't care about the kid getting bullied she even asked my son if he started the fight. How could he when he was being held down by one student and the other student threw a rubber ball at him. That was our final staw we pulled him out and now home school him an he is an A and B student.Parent Review4w ago - Hidden Creek Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to hidden creek when my oldest son was in 4th grade. It was a very positive experience for all of us. My son has adhd and the teacher was very willing to work with us and let us know if she noticed him struggling. There has been great communication between teachers and parents. His fifth grade teachers went above and beyond to teach their students with experiences and not just text in a book. My oldest is now in middle school and our youngest is at hidden creek. The teachers have been amazing and all the staff I have interacted with have been nothing but amazing and seem to genuinely love and care for the students. My children have gained self confidence and the school staff encourage them to be self sufficient and also hold themselves accountable for their actions good or bad. We are military and getting ready to move again and I will very much miss this school.Parent Review4y ago - Sidney Glen Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers have been great to work with and everyone seems truly happy to be working there. Our sons teacher is always helpful and every chat we have had with other staff and teachers has been positive. My wife attended Sidney Glen and said its just as great as she remembers and some of the teachers are still there.Parent Review7mo ago - Discovery Montessori

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has been enrolled since age 2.5 and is now 5. What I appreciate most about Discovery is that the staff don’t give up on the child when they don’t check the box for the “Montessori poster child”. They go above and beyond to try and find what teaching style works best for each of their students.Parent Review5mo ago - South Kitsap Christian School
