Read what parents are saying about Heritage Christian SchoolAmazing school, wonderful teachers! It's amazing knowing my daughter is above grade level and offered awesome teachers who know what she is capable of. They love my child and I know she is safe every day which gives me comfort and piece of mind. The school is always growing and expanding into new areas that offer more for our children. I wouldn't put her anywhere else. Awesome loving faith based school where prayer and God are the center of everything. If you are curious about a private Christian education they are definitely first choice!

Posted by a community member on 4/1/2017My daughter has been challenged to learn in a safe caring environment - she has grown tremendously since being at GRA! We love this school and can only say it has been a great thing for our family. My child is not perfect, she has her ups and downs with both the academic and social challenges daily schooling presents, however, the staff and students are always supportive. We are truly grateful for such an awesome educational opportunity.
Posted by a parent on 12/15/2015Golden Rule Academy is an inviting learning environment practicing the Golden Rule; teaching and encouraging students to have good moral character and become productive citizens. The teachers and the staff definitely care about the students. It shows in the rapport that's developed. I'm so excited that my grandson will be enrolled for the upcoming school year.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall the school has giving my child a happy place to be ! Very loving staff. Every time I am around there is a friendly smile looking to help and provide me answers to my concerns. The Special Education team is amazing they give so much to the kids. Specially Mrs Vivian Hill she is amazing loving and caring teacher.I will say that the only thing I am not happy with. Is the lack of communication from the elementary teacher ( not all, but the ones my child had ) they are not organized when communicating with us parents.Parent Review5mo ago - Allapattah Flats K-8

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to Florida from Michigan. Our child has an IEP from Michigan and this school has gone above and beyond for our little guy; accommodating his needs and helping him rise to his potential. The ESE representative, general education teacher, and resource teacher have been a God send! We are so grateful that our little guy ended up at such a wonderful school!Parent Review2mo ago - Kidzone Preschool Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son just started Kindergarten at this school, this was my second choice from another school that was a bit far from me. I know its the first week of school so they are still getting organized, but I have a few issues. My first thing is this seems more like a play zone then school. when I visited the school was empty so didn't get to see the kids in action. My second issue is that there's no kind of security system in place.(I did know this before hand) This is the first school that any of my kids have been too that is like this. Even the public high school my son goes too you have to go through the office in order to get into the school. On the first day of dismissal, you can just walk into the class and get your kids. There is no dismissal procedure in place, at least with my son's teacher there isn't. Parents were picking up kids 5-10 minutes early out of the classroom. If class ends at 230 then that's when it ends. Yesterday my son's teacher took the kids out to the train ride 5 minutes before dismissal. Now, why would you do that??? that's the time the kids should be packing up and settling down and getting ready to be picked up. When they were at the train the teacher was talking to another parent while her assistant was handling the train. Two kids walked off into the class room, i'm watching teacher to see if she notices, but she doesn't. These are 5 year olds, she needed to keep them together have them in a line or something not all over the place. Since there's not security in place the kids can just walk out and nobody would notice. Im giving this school a chance but don't know if my kids will stay here.Other Review8y ago - St. Lucie Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis place is immaculate and well run. My child delights in his days here and the teacher is gentle and patient. There is an abundance of age appropriate toys, games, and books. I am impressed with the small classes and excellent supervision. Overall this is a top notch school and I'm pleased my child is attending here.Parent Review7y ago - Grace Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRequested child’s transcripts for college. Took us months of requesting over and over again. Cynthia Netwig, the schools’s owner made multiple excuses about providing the transcripts over a long period of months in person, by phone, text and email. Almost all the excuses centered around Netwig not having enough time to produce them. The school’s written policy stated transcripts would be ready 2 days after request. When she was finally cornered the school provided no transcripts after a child attended 4 years of H.S. We found this situation to be frustrating, alarming and just downright disgusting. We didn’t expect a Christian School’s director to be so disorganized behind the scenes and Netwig to be dishonest when trying to cover it up.Parent Review1y ago - Sunlight Christian Academy
