Read what parents are saying about Ezra AcademyHave been sending our children to Ezra Academy for almost ten years (three children!) and could not be happier with the teaching, the learning atmosphere, and all the faculty and staff. Definitely highly recommend!
Posted by a parent on 10/15/2021I've been an Ezra parent for 13 years. My youngest and I went to visit Ezra this morning for our "meet the teachers/see the classroom/set our SMART goals" meeting and I was BLOWN AWAY!! The classrooms look amazing, the enthusiasm of the teachers we saw was inspiring, every safety detail has been managed well, and I felt so excited and lucky that we are a part of this community...I mean this FAMILY!! No brainer sending our kids here!!
Posted by a parent on 8/25/2020We were not looking for a Jewish school specifically, but now that we have our daughter at one, we realize what a difference it makes. The school's sense of values, its mission, are to mold the whole person. They put kindness and character up top, above all else.
Posted by a parent on 3/24/2020We feel extremely happy and privileged to be able to send our 4 children to Ezra academy. The atmosphere in the school is always so nice, every child gets just the right amount of personal attention and the children are being taught very good learning habits. Thank you so much!
Posted by a parent on 1/8/2020Almost all of my teachers at Ezra Academy were wonderful. I really liked them while I was there, but after I graduated is when I understood just how good they were. I truly don't want to knock public education, but the teachers at my high school are just not in the same category. Some are talented and dedicated, but a lot are basically mediocre. The reason I'm a good writer is due to my language arts teachers at Ezra and not my high school classes. Also, the discussions in English, history, and Judaics were more in depth and challenging in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades at Ezra than they are in my junior year in high school. I wish I could have attended a private high school, but my parents are saving for college now. That's why I'm happy I went to Ezra, which is really what has prepared me for college. It's the foundation.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePrincipal Coleman and Assistant Principal Asarisi are undeniably All-Stars in the education community. To see such dedication and commitment to their profession and to the students is truly remarkable. Davis Street school provides an environment for learning that encourages students to be problem solvers, decision makers, lifelong learners, and contributing members of a changing society. Under Mrs. Coleman's leadership, I have observed teachers and staff work with parents and members of the community to enhance student learning and achievement. The teachers there seem to have a sound knowledge of the curriculum and bring meaningful and engaging lessons to their students. Additionally, they communicate effectively with students, parents, and other colleagues. Mrs. Coleman is well respected and appreciated by the students and parents. I'm confident that my kids will continue to have a positive and enriched experience there all the way to graduation!Parent Review5y ago - West Rock Author's Academy
