Community Reviews
Read what parents are saying about St. Brigid SchoolWe transferred our two kids during pandemic from public school. We're very satisfied with the academic level and overall learning experience. The classes are small, and all kids are very kind. The teachers are amazing and the parent community is very engaged.
Posted by a parent on 9/21/2022This is my child's fifth year at St. Brigid and I'm so incredibly grateful this is the school we landed in. The community is amazing (family socials, community involvement, etc.), incredible diversity which actually reflects the world we live in, and kids are getting into the best high schools so clearly the educational programs are working.
Posted by a parent on 11/2/2020Both my kids went to SB school. They both were thought a challenging and academic curriculum, but the school also thought them how to be efficient as well having respect and compassion for others.
Posted by a parent on 12/2/2019Our experience at the school has been very positive. We love the teachers, the student and parent community, the location, the academics, and the sports program. The school has been in San Francisco for over 125 years for a reason - a high-quality education that produces impressive results.
Posted by a parent on 9/5/2019This was a great school. Strong community. They focus on each child individualizing their experience. Positive discipline and prep for high school. I highly recommend this school !

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy oldest child went here for Kindergarten, but sadly he will not be able to attend first grade here because we are moving out of the district because my husband got a job in Fresno. The teachers here are lovely and great at their jobs. They are great with communication too.Parent Review1y ago - Redding Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe were worried about the SF public school system when we moved here, but lucked out when we were placed in Spring Valley in the lottery. The teachers are all great, and the class sizes average 12 students to a teacher - that's hard to beat anywhere. Spring Valley seems to be overlooked despite being one of the oldest schools in the city, but my kids love it and look forward to going every day.Parent Review2y ago - Yick Wo Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a parent of 2 current SVDP students. We are happy with the academics, extracurricular activities, parent community, value, teachers, and administration. The school both challenges and supports it’s students. The school did a fantastic job with in-person learning during COVID and has successfully navigated the 2021/2022 school year.Parent Review1y ago
