Read what parents are saying about Clayton Valley Charter High4 counselors in 4 years- no way they can help w/college info when they don’t even know the students. When AP teachers teach a class for the first time there is no follow upThat the teacher is actually teaching what the students need for the AP test. A bit frustrate ting to say the least. It’s all football for sports, oh, and this year they have powder puff football so all other sports go to the way side. When they know they need coaches, they do nothing to help find them, across all sports. Sad really. Safety, they are on top of. Office staff is great, but ‘communication’ w:other admin is non-existent.
Posted by a parent on 10/29/2023Amazing school, dedicated to the students. Teachers really care, and programs are supported well.
Posted by a parent on 7/18/2022My daughter had no Math teacher for 2 months. Her report card showed blank on Math, very unacceptable.
Posted by a parent on 2/10/2022I have two kids at Clayton. They are receiving an excellent education.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI agree with a previous comment that if you address any concern with the school they will treat you differently. Over the last academic year, I have presented (what I believe) valid concerns with the preschool director: (1) children playing in a wet sandbox in 40 degree weather and sending kids home wet because of it, (2) being more aware and present with the kids who are arriving and departing, (3) teaching the children how to clean their nose if they have a cold or constant runny nose instead of just leaving them to pass their germs, (4) changing the filter and cleaning the vent shield because it literally black. Once I voiced any concern, teachers started to treat me differently. Instead of taking the concerns into account and speaking with me further, the director felt it was easier to dismiss my child from the school and unenroll her by the end of the week.Parent Review1y ago - King's Valley Christian School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have 2 children attending KVCS and 1 in the preschool. We are all very pleased with the school. The teachers are loving, communicative, supportive and kind. The admin is understanding and knowledgeable. There's a wide variety of elective teachers. The pick up and drop off is smooth and easy. There's not one negative aspect I could speak on. My children are happy to go to school each day which was not the case last year at a different school. My daughter even said "I love KVCS! It's even shorter than my last school" BUT it's not! It just seems shorter because "time flies when you're having fun!" I also appreciate they don't load the students down with homework each night.Parent Review2y ago - Tabernacle Christian, Inc. School
