Must be okay with cats as there is a friendly indoor/outdoor cat who lives in the house. Pets okay as long as they get along with other animals! Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Month-to-month, rent is $1800/month -- utilities included! Discount if you are willing to sign a year-long lease. Deposit of one month's rent required for move-in.
