Looking to rent my condo. 6 moths lease minimum, security deposit -1 month rent, credit/background check-$100, if no issues I will deduct $100 from first month rent. Unit is very sunny is on the 4th floor, updated appliances. Storage room good size in a basement included.

Basic TV cable, Wi-FI and heat. Only pay electric ( I am usually paying 20-25$ per month).

Unit is not furnished. Street parking. 20 min walk to Lake.

Quite, very clean building, great neighbors, small gym, elevator, laundry in a basement ($1 per load), a couple blocks... away from Clark, 10 min walk to Wilson red line stop. Coffee shops near by. Close to Aldi, Target, Jewel Osco, ROSS (grand opening soon)
