Pets must be licensed per city laws.

Credit check $25 per adult. You should have combined income for all adults of at least $60k per year, more if you have big debt payments each month. Total move-in cost is $2050 rent plus $2050 security deposit. Landlord pays water, trash, hot water heating.

Thanks for looking, it is a beautiful unit. Only drawback is the single parking spot!
