This is a charming little house. The first floor contains a livingroom with an exposed brick wall and an Ikea kitchen that is approximately six years old. French doors in the kitchen lead to the back deck. The second floor contains a normal sized bedroom and a very tiny bedroom suitable for an office or a child's bedroom. The bathroom is at the top of the stairs on the second floor. There is a full basement for storage. The washer and dryer and a laundry tub are in the basement. The back deck is approximately 14 x 10 feet. There is a small table and chairs on the deck. The house has air... heat and is fully air conditioned.
