Located in the historic Berkeley neighborhood of northwest Denver, you will find yourself surrounded with everything this beautiful city has to offer. If you are looking to get out in the open air and enjoy Denver's healthy lifestyle, the house is sits between Rocky Mountain Lake Park just to the south and Regis University's gorgeous campus just to the north, giving you plenty of space to get outside for a walk or run.

As for dining, drinking, and shopping, Lowell Blvd, only one block away, has plenty of local restaurants, bars, and a grocery store; and just one mile to the east lies Tennyson St, which has quickly become one of Denver's hottest dining and shopping scenes. With a first-Friday art walk, multiple galleries, a theater, yoga studio, barber shops, and a plethora of bars, pubs, and restaurants featuring some of Denver's most unique culinary experiences, there is no lack of things to do along Tennyson St.
