We can’t say enough great things about Sue Paul. Sue is truly an expert in short sales. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest. She was totally dedicated us. Sue guided us through the short sale process and was patient answering any concerns we had. She explained all aspects of the sale in laymens terms. We had a difficult tenant living in our property and we were at our wits end. She handled each situation delicately and with professionalism. We were always calmed after speaking with Sue. There were many late night calls and emails due to our uncertainty. Sue was always there for us. She is very responsive, answering texts, phone calls, and following up on emails. It was comforting to know that we had only the best on our side with Sue Paul. Looking back we couldn’t imagine having anyone else. She backed us all the way. We will always be indebted to Sue for all her help!
