- Helped me buy a home
When we first started our house-hunting process, we were sort of intimidated from the reviews we received from our friends about hiring a real-estate agent. We happen to come across Susan Maryanski rather as a seller agent during the initial touch-point. In the course of our first phone conversation, we liked talking to her and she offered to help us out with any kind of information that we might have needed in order to start the process. She sounded positive, amicable and flexible in her approach. Later in the week we went to meet both of them - Susan and Dave -- in their office at Keller William, Hoboken. With mind full of skepticism as a first time real estate buyers, both Pradipta and I soon realized that these folks were reasonable, confident, hard-working and sincere. Dave explained the whole process in details, and answered all our silly questions with patience. And most importantly, unlike many other agents, they did not sound pushy. We soon realized that we were enjoying our house-hunting weekends in Dave & Susan’s company. They made us feel comfortable even at the hardest decision point with their utmost kindness and warmth. They shared their personal insights and went beyond their means to understand our concerns and wants. They brought professionalism from every corner of their service as well as warmth and sensitivity in resolving an issue. We often thought how indispensable both of them were in our decision-making process. Dave shared a lot of good ideas about the homeowner services and the technical aspects, whereas Susan’s eagerness and enthusiasm in working through different channels of network made them a unique brand in this profession. We are thankful and grateful for having Susan and Dave as our buyer agents, and now as our friends. We can assure you that you will have a good time working with the Maryanski Group.
