Sue Bose is a very professional, thorough and detail oriented agent. Buying a house can be stressful. Sue makes the journey seamless by taking care of every interim step of the way. She is result oriented and always on top of things and even ready to go that extra length to get you your dream home. We just bought our first home. She was there at every step to educate and guide us through this process. She moved with precision and swiftness to ensure we put a competitive offer. She made the offer so compelling that the seller accepted it even though he could have easily gone for better offers. We got our home with great schools for the asking price in this competitive market! Time was of essence in this transaction and multiple things needed to happen to ensure we did not lose this house. Starting from expedited pre-approvals, to loan processing, home inspection, home appraisal – she worked with all the respective parties so everything could happen like clockwork. She ensured all parties worked towards meeting all the contingencies of the offer on time and followed through till a successful closure of the deal. She also helped by connecting us with everyone we would need to work with like Terminix, Homeguard, Home Security services, Solar contracts, Handyman, Gardener, Cleaners – you name it and she had all the contacts we needed. She was even working through her vacation to ensure everything followed smoothly and we could close per schedule. The overall house buying process can have lots of hitches that needs a patient, agile and knowledgeable person to navigate. Sue always made time to answer all our naive questions and also inform us of the things we needed to know. She is sensitive to situations and people’s sentiments and cares enough for her clients to assuage all the anxiety we go through in this entire process. Now that we have closed, I miss our frequent and comforting interactions. I am difficult to please usually, but the way she cared for us, our house and our dream, she is the best I could ever ask for. I am grateful to know her and would recommend her whole-heartedly to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a house. Sue made our dream home come true
