Know & Honor my Fiduciary Responsibilities to my Client Few Realtors realize they have very similar LEGAL responsibilities to their clients as an attorney or a physician! The fiduciary responsibilities of a Realtor are for example, absolute confidentiality, full disclosure of all knowledge of material issues or information from other parties in the transaction, always putting your interests as the client before their own. Talk to my clients, they will tell you I am VERY aware of my fiduciary responsibilities to them. In fact, in many ways I take my role as seriously as if I were in fact your attorney. In addition though few Buyers or Sellers realize it, but in order to call oneself a "Realtor" an agent must agree to conduct their business by the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. I can assure you that not a day goes by that I don't reflect upon that higher standard of professional service to my clients.

Stu's skills were refined as a Corp Accounts Exec for HP, Digital Equipment & TI where he received world class training & experience & consistently delivered results in the top 10%. He last 2yrs he worked for TI he was the #1 Accounts Exec World-Wide. He was hired by the CEO of Acer America, where he served as DIR of Business Development, National Sales Mgr & DIR of Marketing. During those years he brought an innovative product from concept to market which changed the classroom learning environment. When clients notice the level of excellence he brings to marketing Real Estate, Stu attributes much of it his years in high tech. Stu left that career to become more involved in the lives of his by then 6 children and the Morgan Hill & Gilroy community. Over the next few years he founded; a Mortgage brokerage, a firm that "flipped" foreclosures & a Real Estate brokerage. In the current Real Estate market conditions his depth of knowledge in those areas make him a uniquely qualified source, of consultation, highly valued by his clients. To be honest in the Internet age I saw no value in working with a realtor at all. We happened to bump in to Stu when we wanted to see a house quickly and then continued to work with him. He changed my view completely. His knowledge of every wrinkly in buying/selling and his willingness to partner with us as we ducked and dived looking for the perfect house was above and beyond the call of duty.
