Keller Williams Realty

Why hire me to represent you in Buying and Selling Real Estate?
Smart, Trustworthy & Caring Representation
Redefining Excellence in Real Estate
Keller Williams’ Brand, Reputation & Resources come with me
Negotiating skills that have been honed over 25+ yrs
I negotiate every term & condition for my clients as if it were my own family's. 90% of the time I give a listing presentation, the Seller tells me when done, "no one even compares... other Realtors just aren't doing the things you do to market & sell a home"! That's because I bring to my Real Estate client, sales and marketing skills that withstood the test of selling to CIO's, CEO, CFO, etc... against IBM, EDS, etc... in the Fortune 1000 marketplace for 20+ yrs (please see my enclosed resume)
Smart, Trustworthy & Caring Representation
Much more than a slogan to me. Ask my clients. I take my fiduciary responsibilities to my clients, as if I were their attorney, or physician... and they were my own family in court or on the operating table. But don't just take my word for it or theirs', don't take any Realtor's promises at face value, instead ask for "the data"... "the results". I'll be happy to show you how and why I have a track record f selling homes in 45 days or less at very close to asking price.
Know & Honor my Fiduciary Responsibilities to my Client
Few Realtors realize they have very similar LEGAL responsibilities to their clients as an attorney or a physician! The fiduciary responsibilities of a Realtor are for example, absolute confidentiality, full disclosure of all knowledge of material issues or information from other parties in the transaction, always putting your interests as the client before their own. Talk to my clients, they will tell you I am VERY aware of my fiduciary responsibilities to them. In fact, in many ways I take my role as seriously as if I were in fact your attorney.
In addition though few Buyers or Sellers realize it, but in order to call oneself a "Realtor" an agent must agree to conduct their business by the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. I can assure you that not a day goes by that I don't reflect upon that higher standard of professional service to my clients.

Stu's skills were refined as a Corp Accounts Exec for HP, Digital Equipment & TI where he received world class training & experience & consistently delivered results in the top 10%. He last 2yrs he worked for TI he was the #1 Accounts Exec World-Wide. He was hired by the CEO of Acer America, where he served as DIR of Business Development, National Sales Mgr & DIR of Marketing. During those years he brought an innovative product from concept to market which changed the classroom learning environment. When clients notice the level of excellence he brings to marketing Real Estate, Stu attributes much of it his years in high tech. Stu left that career to become more involved in the lives of his by then 6 children and the Morgan Hill & Gilroy community. Over the next few years he founded; a Mortgage brokerage, a firm that "flipped" foreclosures & a Real Estate brokerage. In the current Real Estate market conditions his depth of knowledge in those areas make him a uniquely qualified source, of consultation, highly valued by his clients. In '08 Stu decided to focus exclusively on his Real Estate clients joining Sereno Group in Los Gatos & extending the reach of his practice from Salinas to Woodside. Now with "Keller Williams Realty" he serves on "The Agent Leadership Council" a quasi-governing body. Stu believes his clients' testimonials are the most powerful evidence of how he has raised "the bar" of excellence in Real Estate.

To be honest in the Internet age I saw no value in working with a realtor at all. We happened to bump in to Stu when we wanted to see a house quickly and then continued to work with him. He changed my view completely. His knowledge of every wrinkly in buying/selling and his willingness to partner with us as we ducked and dived looking for the perfect house was above and beyond the call of duty.
