You will be glad that you have an attorney to do a title search, etc before you sign mortgage paperwork that will encumber you for possibly thousands of dollars. Q:A:Most of us can come up with the name of an owner for the Morris Motel, its public knowledge, tracking them down, will probably take more effort. If you want someone to contact the owners about a possible purchase, I would be glad to work a Buyers Agency and work to help you obtain the purchase of the property. Q:A:We have some of the most knowledgeable and talented finance people anywhere, in my opinion, here in our area, who can answer your questions. Most financing is based upon an individual basis and you just need to speak to the people who work in that industry. New laws, changing economics, personal improvement, job status, debt to income level changes, and down payment amount can all influence your loan application. If you would email me or call me, I'll be glad to get you with a couple of loan officers to discuss your financing capabilities.
Q:A:I will be glad to send you owner finance properties already listed on the MLS system if you contact me. 828-837-0424 The requirements you are seeking will probably NOT be the easiest thing to obtain, but, having an agent work for you who is on the ball, might mean the difference between you getting that property before someone else snatches it up, or missing a chance. Let the people who know what they are doing and work in the industry on a daily basis do their job. Give me a call.
Q:A:Well you can see from the answer below there are restrictions on this property but, restrictions are not all bad. Some help maintain the value of your property and encourage proper up keep of roads, water systems and clean living. However, if you want chickens and other farm animals, you should really consider purchasing unrestricted property, so that you may have your animals. Even some properties that say minimal restrictions, may possibly limited the type of animals, structure, and square footage, or other factors. If there are restrictions of any kind, always ask your agent for a copy prior to submitting or at the time of your offer on the property.
Q:A:Murphy has a large super center Walmart, a large Ingels grocery store with a great produce department. We also have a Burke Clothing Store, a Cato Clothing Store and several other small business clothing stores which are for the most part locally owned. If you want Profits, Dillard's or Macy's or large department stores, you can always drive about 45 minutes to 2 hours to either Cleveland Tennessee, or Marietta Georgia. We have a Lowe's here and Blairsville GA which is about 20-30 minutes has a Home Depot. Whether you decide to buy near the Tennessee line or the Georgia line or downtown Murphy, you are within easy driving distance of shopping for all of your every day needs. The best part, we still have some of those family owned businesses with owners and family members who grew up here. Unique in personality, full of flavorful local knowledge and just down right friendly. Come on up and take a look for your self!
Q:A:There is cable in some parts of the county. We also have dish and direct television, which for the most part works good unless you have trees blocking the signal. Then you either cut the tree, trim the tree, or do without. For Internet services we have fiber optic in some areas, DSL in other areas, dial up still for some folks and there are people who utilize dish or direct internet options. Our internet capabilities have increased greatly over the last three years. Instead of just the phone company with a dial up service, they now offer DSL. We also now have other service providers available. Please feel free to contact me with the properties you are interested in and I will be glad to give you telephone numbers to the service providers in the area. Bell Hill Road, you possibly will have DSL through the phone company, fiber optic through another provider, as well as, dish and direct.
