I would recommend Shannon in a heartbeat. Our house did not sell. It is a unique home and we have lived in it for over 40 years. With very little comparisons to work with it was clear to us before lisitng that it will be a hard sell. Shannon made changes and addressed issues to help show and sell the house in very quick and effective responses each time. The changes made brought more showings. Shannon is very knowledgable about the local area and used her knowledge and experience to help guide us. The lack of selling was due more to a reaction to buying a new home vs having the house ready for sale. Prepping the new home became part of prepping the sale of our river home and time and funds to do both became stretched. Shannon worked hard to assist with communications to potential buyers to adddress this by changing signage and helping us to develop a feature sheet of the home, as well as continued communications to us about as close to comparables as we could find showing sales and lack of sales to the homes. Shannon also sold us our new home, effectively showing us numerous homes based on our desires. The day our new home came on the market, Shannon sent a message to me allowing me to review on line. Surprisingly, we made an appointment that day, made an offer that day and were accepted that day. Therefore, we had to scramble to place this house up for sale and were not completely ready for it. Everytime we asked Shannon for guidance she followed through in a very timely manner to complete what she said she would do. I fully recommend you to use Shannon for buying or selling your home(s). I will use her expertise in the future.
