Why choose me when there are so many agents to choose from? Well, I am like you in many ways: I am a husband; I am a father of twin boys; I live with my family and my mother & father-in-law together in Pittsboro, NC. I became a real estate agent for several reasons but one of the biggest reasons is that I saw in the real estate industry a need. Customer Service. See in the transactions I, my family, and my friends have had purchasing or selling homes we all had the same feeling. The feeling that the agent was just trying to get to a closing so they could get to the next deal and then none of us ever heard from these agents again. Pretty sad if you ask me! I knew that I could do a better job. That there must be a better way. See I have been involved in business development, sales and marketing all my life. The biggest thing I learned in these endeavors is that customer service is paramount and the key to building long term relationships. I am bringing my experience in first rate customer service and my core belief, the golden rule, to real estate: Treat others how I want to be treated. It is that simple. I believe in magic. I know that I am going to be working on one of the biggest decisions of your life. We are going to get to know each other during the process of buying or selling your house. We will know each other well enough by the end to call each other a friend - that is where the magic happens! You will find that I am not going to disappear after the close. We will have too much invested into our relationship for me to let that happen. Sure we may not communicate daily like we had but there will be continued communication, maybe even get together now and then for a drink or a meal or some function - you will not be dropped like a hot potato!
